How does the embed on my website work?
You copy a single line of code from your calendar settings and paste it on your site. The calendar automatically shows your current availability. Visitors see only booked or free, no guest information.
Can visitors of my website make reservations?
With the free embed the public calendar shows only your availability. On the Pro plan you can show prices online and receive booking requests via your website, which you then confirm yourself in your dashboard.
Does the embed work with WordPress, Wix and Squarespace?
Yes. The embed works on any site that supports custom HTML code. That includes WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow and most other site builders.
What is the iCal URL and what do I use it for?
The iCal URL is a link that lets you sync your calendar with external apps like Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar. You'll find it in your calendar settings under the 'iCal URL' tab. Copy the link and add it as a calendar subscription in your favourite app.
Does the iCal URL work with Google Calendar?
Yes. Open Google Calendar, click the plus next to 'Other calendars' and choose 'From URL'. Paste the iCal URL and click 'Add calendar'. Your bookings will appear automatically and update regularly.
Can I use the iCal URL with booking systems like Airbnb or Booking.com?
Yes. Most booking systems support importing an iCal feed. This keeps your availability in sync across multiple platforms without manual entry.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Guest details are only visible to you in your dashboard. The public embed shows only booked/free info, no names or notes.
Can I manage multiple properties?
On the Free plan you manage 1 calendar. On Lite (3 calendars) and Pro (10 calendars) you manage multiple properties.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Rentiplanner runs entirely in your browser. No app required, works on computer, tablet and smartphone.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Contact us via the contact form and we'll remove your account and all data.
