1. Service

Rentiplanner, offered through rentiplanner.com, is an online service for managing availability calendars for holiday rental hosts. The service lets you create calendars, keep track of bookings and share availability with visitors to your own website.

2. Creating an account

To use Rentiplanner you create an account and agree to these terms and conditions. You are responsible for the security of your account and password. Make sure your registration details are correct and up to date. Accounts created through automated means are not permitted.

3. Calendars and data

The information you enter into your calendars is entirely your responsibility. You indemnify Rentiplanner against claims arising from incorrect data or copyright infringements in material you supply. Rentiplanner reserves the right to refuse, amend or remove content that is incorrect, misleading or contrary to these terms.

4. Free plan

The Free plan offers up to 1 calendar and up to 100 bookings, at no cost. Rentiplanner reserves the right to change the scope or functionality of the Free plan. Users are informed in advance of any significant change.

5. Paid subscriptions

Paid subscriptions (Lite and Pro) give access to more extensive functionality. Prices may change. Changes do not affect a running subscription but apply from the next subscription period onwards. Rentiplanner is not liable for price changes.

Payments are made through the online payment methods offered. This is necessary for the correct processing and activation of your subscription.

There is no free trial period at this time, and Lite and Pro are not yet available. New users start on the Free plan, which keeps working free of charge without a payment card and without an end date. If a trial period is introduced again later, its terms will appear here before it takes effect.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time through your account settings or by email to rentiplanner@gmail.com. Please allow a notice period of 30 days before the end date of the current subscription period. You will receive confirmation within one working day.

SMS credit that has been purchased is not refundable on cancellation.

7. Suspension and deletion of accounts

Rentiplanner reserves the right to refuse, suspend or delete accounts in the event of misuse, breach of these terms, improper conduct or acts contrary to applicable law. In the event of suspension or deletion, Rentiplanner is not liable for any damage arising from it.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Rentiplanner does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or fully secure operation. Rentiplanner is not liable for direct or indirect damage, lost profit, loss of data or any other consequential damage arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the service.

Rentiplanner is in no way liable for claims relating to incorrect or incomplete information entered by the user.

9. Technical support

Technical support is offered on a best-effort basis. Rentiplanner may use external hosting and infrastructure partners to deliver the service.

10. Changes to the service

Rentiplanner may add, change or remove features. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of them. You will be informed of significant changes by email or within the application.

11. Permitted use

You undertake to use the service only for lawful purposes. The following are not permitted, among others: illegal activities, sending spam, distributing malware, impersonating others, and activities that disrupt the operation of the service or harm other users.

12. Intellectual property

The software, design and content of Rentiplanner are owned by or licensed to Rentiplanner. Your data and calendar content remain your property. You grant Rentiplanner a limited licence to process this data for the operation of the service.

13. Privacy

The use of personal data is governed by the privacy policy of Rentiplanner, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

14. Governing law

Belgian law applies to these terms and to the use of Rentiplanner. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably are submitted to the competent courts in Belgium.
